This company has changed their name from Suretec Appliance Repair which was rated F. They simply changed their name to cover up the horrible company that they were and continue to be....If I could choose zero stars it would still be too good of a review. This company should be shut down. They do not answer the phone. The technicians are not qualified and they take forever to complete the job. I have reported them to my Home Warranty company and will not let them touch another appliance in my home.
