They replaced both rollers and adjusted the track. Door works perfectly now.
Sliding door barely moved before. After roller replacement it feels smooth and light again.

Look out!!! This company is a rip off. They initially wanted to charge $375 per sliding door with parts. we negotiated $400 and all that was done was applying wd40 and adjusted one of the doors.
