Great trail really beautiful. Mtb Downs are easy. Momentum helps hitting fairly steep grippy inclines in easy gears. Good to just hike also. AAA+

If you’re a cyclist who’s got some fitness this trail won’t be too physically demanding for you. It’s got some fun downs and steep grinding uphills that are short and punchy but all rideable with decent strength and skill. The views and scenery are incredible like nothing I’ve ever ridden!

Beautiful trail on a unique surface. It will quickly kick your ass because if you're not going up a super steep hill, you're going down a super steep hill. None are long but it's constant. But you still have to go because it's so awesome. The practice loop is damn tough. If you want to do the whole trail, don't warm up on the practice trail, it's hard enough (for me :))
