I rode the full loop on a ktm 390 adventure loaded down with 2 months of camping gear on a September day in 2024. I had no idea what to expect as I just happened to pass by while on the TransAmerica Trail. Yes you can bring motorcycles on this trail but if anyway possible go with the lightest bike you can and prioritize bringing extra water. A must see place in Moab for all mountain bikers! This trail is not super technical, but it is hard on the body and there is a lot of climbing. BRING LOTS OF WATER AND FOOD! I also highly recommend trying the practice loop before committing to the full trail. It is of the same difficulty, but much shorter.
