Mike is punctual, pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed both my washing machine and freezer issues in less than two minutes. He further provided clarification and address all of my concerns for both of my appliances, fixed them and gave me additional feedback. I highly recommend Slicker’s Appliance Repair for all of your appliances. Mike’s services are exemplary!!!! Our refrigerator stopped cooling properly about 2 weeks ago and we were worried about losing all our food. Called Slicker's Appliance Repair and Mike was able to come out the next day. He was punctual and very professional. Took time to explain what was wrong with the compressor and gave us options.
