My gas dryer stopped working so I filled out their request form on their website and received a message back the same day with an option for an appointment the next day! He updated me the morning of the appointment when he would arrive at my house. He didn’t seem to mind my loud barking dog! He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Very knowledgeable, great service. I had a good experience and will use again!
Great customer service and fair reasonable prices! I had unfortunately picked a different repair company to take a first look at my dishwasher, for 5 months I got the run around about parts being on backorder. Eventually got my deposit back and was searching again for a reliable business. A quick search on Google brought me to Slicker's appliance repair. Mike responded promptly. Mike is so great and professional at his job and is so easy to work with. I bought a brand new (but incredibly faulty) electric Thor stove in 2022 and he's helped me 4 times repair this appliance and reach out to the manufacturing company as well. Each time Mike responds quickly and does his best to come as fast as possible. Totally trustworthy and great experience every time.
Appliance repair can be very nerve racking. Not when using Slickers. Mike came to my house and did a thorough review of my refrigerator which was showing an error message that he was able to get rid of. He fixed the problem and charged me a fair price. Can’t ask for more. I highly recommend this company for appliance repair
Thanks Mike for fixing our 2 ovens on our Thermador stove that we got in 2008. We had called other places, but they would not work on Thermador, one place in Florida NY, Quality Appliance, came, charged us $100, said they would order the parts needed, then a week later the guy calls back & says he's moving, so he can't work on our stove!
