Mike was super honest and communicative. Responded quickly when I reached out and was easy to schedule with. It was a little pricier than I anticipated but you get what you pay for. I had removed a door to make the dryer easier to access, and he put it back up for me, which was unexpected and appreciated.
2/6/26 - Dryer Maintenance: Mike from Slickers did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough and took the time to show me the interior components of the dryer, explaining exactly where lint can build up and how it can become a fire hazard if not properly maintained. I really appreciated how informative and professional he was throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Mike and will definitely be calling him again for any future appliance maintenance or repair needs.
Extraordinary response time! When my washer died in the middle of a critical load (aren't they all, when sopping wet?!), I was desperate to get it repaired asap and called several repair shops. When I called Slickers, I got their voicemail and then a text immediately after I left a voice message. Clear and detailed communication after that -- priceless!
So glad we called for a repair rather than replacement! The reviews for brand new washing machines are pretty awful, so we called for the repair of our older Kenmore machine. Mike was perfect! He went through the necessary steps and the machine is working like new again- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I have had Slicker Appliance repair to our home for multiple appliances (washer and refrigerator )and every time it has been fast and courteous response as well as clean and quick repairs. Very knowledgeable and willing to provide detailed explanations as well as recommendations for use and upkeep of appliances. Overall would highly recommend and though I wish I didn’t need appliance repair will definitely call again as needed.
