Over charged. Bad haircut
i went in for a hair cut which i specifically asked to cut the tips and the lady who was cutting my hair sent me home with my hair up to my shoulders. when i tell you i grew my hair for two years just so this lady who was distracted half of the time ruin it all. that’s not it she left one side longer than the other. disappointed to say the least.
