We were traveling through the area and did an online search for an oil change place and found this place with great reviews- so we stopped in before 10 am on a Tuesday. We had no wait and our truck was being serviced in minutes. The workers were friendly and efficient. We waited inside the office area which was neat and clean. The rest room was clean. I was amazed at how quickly our oil change was completed and we were back on the road. Thanks to the team!!
By the time I could swipe my card to pay for the services they were already waiting on me to get out of the way for the next person. I’m talking six minutes tops.
Been bringing my 3 rigs to this place for 4 years I have a local business and two of the rigs are always on the road for work. About a year ago the location on Highway 65 told me when I showed up for an oil change that I had to provide my own oil filter I told them that was like bringing your own potato to a restaurant asking them to cook it! I went to the other location for about a year and the manager there gave me excellent service always just asked me to call ahead so he could have the filter there for my truck never had... read more
I wouldn't have believed it had I not experienced it. 10 minutes (if that) was my first experience with using them to change my oil (I've always done it myself). Newer compact cars make it a more difficult challenge. For the few minutes I wstmeras there, and as fast as they got to the customer behind me, I couldn't get out of the way quick enough! Full 5 stars definitely for vey fast service! I will definitely return to this place for fast, professional and courteous service for sure!!
