Ernest is not a person to trust he will keep your money and not do the work kept my vehicle for months with little to no work done. Keep away from this shop!!
I took my truck here for repairs, thinking I was in good hands, but I wish I had read the reviews first. Ernest was supposed to fix my truck, and I gave him a deposit after being told the job would take at most a couple of days. Those days turned into weeks, with little to no progress. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE This shop operates by taking deposits and then not doing the work. I was told the deposit was to “secure a spot,” but my truck sat there for six months with almost no progress. The agreed scope of work included removing dents and replacing the rear quarter panel. In six months, only two dents were removed, and the quarter panel was never replaced. I was constantly told, “Tomorrow I’m going to do it,” but the work never actually started. DO NOT TAKE your car here it will takes months to it get back if you even lucky enough to have the repairs done
If there was a way I could for negative reviews for this shop, I would. I took my car here to get some body work finished initially. I paid him for the parts and he did the body work, so I paid him for that. He wants the money ASAP because he operates in the negative. Most shops, you pay when you pick up but not here. I had some other things I needed to get fixed, catalytic converters, control arms and rods, some interior cosmetic work, as well as new tint.
