If you need body work or paint this is your shop the owner works on your car personally to ensure everything is perfect he takes his time and doesn’t rush through it I couldn’t be happier when I tell you you won’t regret that you took your car to him I mean that they are very professional and their customer service is the best he communicates with you throughout the whole process and makes sure you get a good deal I have not one complaint and I will continue to bring my service to him
If your car needs a paint job that is simple I’d maybe use this place. If your car needs actual repair, please find another body shop!! Not only did they have a hard time simply looking up what car I had just based on Vin information but they also could help find any parts let alone point out what was actually wrong with the car…sweet people but unfortunately I would not recommend! Especially for repair and high end valued cars.
I was driving my car across the country when I got into a hit and run accident passing through DFW area. I happened across Ernest and Slick ‘Em Paint and Body and couldn’t be happier with the price, quality of service, and quick turnaround. Every other shop was estimating 3 weeks and Ernest was able to get it done in 1. I will recommend Ernest to every person in the DFW area looking for repair. Thank you so so much Slick ‘Em- you’re a true life saver!!!
This guy was rude, and inconsiderate. He made a schedule to meet, and didn’t call back for hours. I decided to leave this review to share my experience. Everyone’s time is important.
