I just used Slices Concession to sell a Taylor machine. The process was smooth, straightforward and a very fair price. The representative who came to pick up the machine was professional and communicated the process which was not disruptive to my business. It is nice to work with a good company in today’s world who still offer great customer service. I highly recommend.

We run a mobile soft serve ice cream company and have had issues with buying machines directly from companies, Slices had better prices and better service, zero issues and seem less process. We have also sold machines to slices and they are just as amazing when on the other side. Highly recommended

I have been exceptionally pleased with the customer service Slices Concession offers for the Taylor Soft Serve machines. I am able to call in and talk to a tech when I run against with trouble shooting. The tech seems very knowledgeable and willing to help. Usually we can get my machine running again without needing to get an expensive technician on site, thus saving the hefty service charges associated with those, and get the machine back in running order for our customers.
