Bought a Taylor slush machine and was initially pleased with the process and communication from the sales rep, although it was delayed several weeks so they could fix additional issues found in their testing (which apparently should have been my first warning sign). My real issue came when the machine wasn't functioning to its full capacity. I had our local Taylor tech look at it and after trying several things, he deemed it necessary to replace some parts.
