I had a great experience selling my ice cream equipment through Slices. Greg was incredibly prompt, transparent, and helpful. The equipment was picked up directly from my kitchen. It was sold several months later, and the line of communication stayed open during that time. Can't say enough nice things if you're looking for a fair consignment based sale for your equipment.
Highly recommend, they will solve and backup their warranty and service.
BEWARE, they dont refurbish or inspect anything, they will just clean the equipment and call it a day and on its way to your door, when you try to get answers they won't reply, at least that was my experience with Miriah, i had to purchase a service kit after i received the equipment from them and make the proper adjustments to the equipment myself, you been warned.
What a great company! Knowledgeable, responsive and they really stand behind their products! They'll be the first place I look for equipment moving forward.
