For the sake of transparency I think I have to start this review by saying we've had absolutely nothing but problems with the Taylor machine we've purchased from Slices under a year ago. We've replaced the entire control panel, the entire motor, the whole fan assembly, numerous valves, capacitors, contactors, belts, and coils. Despite all of that, I would happily purchase another machine from them tomorrow simply because of my experiences with their service tech, Austin. From working with their financing options, to shipment, to their solid warranty - I'm grateful to have found such a customer-focused company. Their service tech is a technical genius who worked with me to troubleshoot a few items and help me understand how my machine worked. I just used Slices Concession to sell a Taylor machine. The process was smooth, straightforward and a very fair price. The representative who came to pick up the machine was professional and communicated the process which was not disruptive to my business. It is nice to work with a good company in today’s world who still offer great customer service. I highly recommend.
