Employee working today 9/13 was so incredibly rude for no reason. Tried to order a slice of pepperoni and he went into an unnecessarily long explanation about how he’s out and making a new one. I politely said I could go somewhere else if it’s gonna be a long time (in a bit of a time crunch) and he responded, with a whole lot of snark, “well 7 minutes ain’t that long.” It was so rude and off-putting and random, it took a second to register. I came with my family 3 weeks ago , the young man i think named kingston ,is what the manager called him . Was so nice and looked overwhelmed with so many customers and no help. We went to grab our order and drinks , the pick up window was open , we see the manager lady going off on this poor kid . He stated why are you yelling at me? Im about to have a panick attack , he gave us our food and said sorry . My wife told him , kid you are working hard , dont mind her. I was indecisive where to get pizza, because we LOVE pizzeria and that’s our go-to. Decided to try out Slicee’s instead. Ordered pizza from here to sit and enjoy by the pool, and the pizza was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted on it. Who wants to reheat pizza? The flavor was there for sure, very flavorful.. but COLD. I can say that the churros are very delicious. Wish we could have enjoyed the pizza, but sadly no.

Pizza is only served by the slice and that’s fine but serve it hot!! We picked this place because of the reviews but I was highly disappointed in the service today. Atmosphere was great but the little girl at the window was rude and not very helpful.
