Worst customer service experience. We used to drive out of our way specifically to get slices here and always had the staff initial or stamp our loyalty punch cards toward free slices. We haven't been back in a while, but we finally made the trip today, excited to redeem them. Instead, we were met with completely dismissive service. Drove all the way out here to use a voucher for a free slice of pizza that was earned as part of a reward program from Slice on the Avenue. We had two cards that were specifically from this location. The staff just repeatedly said they could not take the cards. No other reason was provided and no effort was made to us as potential customers. The crab dip pizza blew me away. The crust was crisp, the crab dip was creamy and full of flavor, and the cheese melted into the perfect bite every time. You get that Maryland seafood comfort with the fun of a pizza truly an amazing combo. This instantly became one of my new favorites.
