My girlfriend is shy so I'm writing this on her behalf. The stylist was kind, but time management is not so good. My girlfriend was given a heads up that the stylist would be running 10 minutes late, but this ended up being more than 30 minutes. Full price was still paid, and a tip was given because again, shes shy and doesn't like confrontation. This was the second appointment, and the first was not what she was expecting either. I had an overall wonderful experience at this salon. Tracy was my Stylist & she is a master at her trade. She did a great job highlighting & toning my hair. She was very knowledgeable & fully explained to me what she was going to do before she did it. I had a few different bands of blonde due to being extremely overdue for a touchup(not her work) & she did an amazing job making sure it all blended together for an all over beautiful blonde!
Jenna is amazing at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough! From my first balayage to now, she is the only one I trust! She is an expertise in what she does and makes the whole process comfortable and fun. I always leave with good laughs and style whenever I come in for a haircut. Jenna is always trying to make you look and feel your best!
