Why are you trying to put family-owned iconic neighborhood businesses out of business? Sleiman Enterprises decided to put up a fence in front of another fence that used to have a gate so that Perfect Rack Billiards, a beloved long-standing pool hall right in the heart of downtown Murray Hill, can no longer access the dumpster.
