I initially went to the Thorn Hill location and was moved to the Markham location. During my visits in Markham, I received exceptional support and care by their full time CPAP educator. She provided excellent insight about my new equipment and how best to get the most out of my equipment after my assessment with the sleep doctor. I have no reservations to refer anyone to this clinic.

Horrible place, the people that work there refuse to get in contact with me when I've tried contacting them about getting my CPAP machine replaced as it has been recalled, but no one calls me back or replies to my emails. If you are referred to this place, ask the sleep clinic to refer you to another CPAP machine place, NOT this one! Very unprofessional of them to ignore someone especially when sleep apnea can be fatal, and it's THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to replace a RECALLED CPAP MACHINE!! We have been using SleepzZ for several years now. We have learned that no where else is it easier to get faster, more efficient service. They are always prompt, professional, and informative! Definitely our go to for CPAP needs!

Totally unprofessional.... they gave me an appointment for 6.45 pm... I came to the clinic and the lady had already left for the day.. first of all.. they are just open on mondays in the downtown branch... horrible service... plz avoid this clinic... not worth ur time at all... Bunch of losers...
