Great service and advice received from Olivera on mattress and adjustable bed, ended up buying both after an amazing package price provided by Theo. Highly recommended for custom bed packages. So disappointing. Purchased a mattress for $1700 (reduced from $2200) as the sales assistant insisted that the previous customer merely had the mattress for 4 days before returning it. Upon receiving the mattress it was evident that the previous customer had had it a lot longer than 4 days as it was sagging on one side and significantly softer than the one we had tried in store - why were we sold something different to what we tried and to what the sales assistant had said.
