On arrival I was met by Trish whom was absolutely wonderful. She asked me a few questions about my handicap and what I was looking for to help with the best mattress for me. After trying some I found the perfect bed and mattress for me. She offered me things like a bed frame and mattress protector which I totally agreed with. While we were there she called the people who do the delivery and was told that it would be delivered that afternoon. We were on a lookout for a king mattress in Pakenham and came across Sleepyâs on Google. We visited the store on a Saturday and were welcomed by Masi. Masi took the time to understand our needs and work around our budget. Not only did he recommend us the prefect mattress but patiently walked us through the different options without any pressure or being pushy. Great selection and choice of bedding, Sue was fantastic, fitted us up with pillows to suit us properly, everything was perfect, Price, did everything promised and on time. Could speck more highly of Sleepâs Pakenham. First rate.Â
Had an amazing experience with masi who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We left with 2 of the comfiest pillows and are definitely coming back for a bed! 10/10 customer service, would definitely recommend âșïžÂ
