Michelle and Jovan from the Macgregor store were both incredibly helpful and informative during our experience buying a new mattress. They were both very friendly and easy to deal with. They showed a wealth of knowledge on all the mattresses, I never knew so much went in to building a great mattress! I would highly recommend them both if you are needing some guidance, just all round lovely genuine people! 5 stars for sure! Nicole and Luke
Michelle was super friendly and welcoming when we walked in, and helped us manage our budget for a new mattress. We walked out of there really excited and happy about our purchase, and looking forward to sleeping on Sleepy’s for many years to come
My husband and I required a new mattress. Michelle approached us upon our arrival. Inquired about what our needs were and proceeded to show us suitable mattresses. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about the different products as well as warranties, delivery etc. Before leaving to look at other competetors, Michelle gave us a written quote and information on the mattress we were considering.
