Excellent service! We called just one hour before closing, and Callum was incredibly helpful and managed to arrange a new mattress for us within an hour. Both Callum and Craig were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We really appreciate the quick and efficient service. Highly recommended.Â

Walked into Sleepy's on a Sunday just on a chance they were open. We were warmly welcomed by both the team that day. We were encouraged to try multiple beds and each beds details was explained to us making sure we chose the right mattress for us. We were asked many questions so the lady could inform us as to which beds suited our situation. There were extra accessories we were shown with no pressure to purchase.
