Got a medium firm mattress from Sleepy’s. feels like it is causing back pain and sinking in centre. Haven’t even had it for a year and paid top dollar. Massive regret getting medium firm or maybe it’s just the mattress!? So disappointing as i know i originally walked in wanting firm for back pain but sale staff advised getting medium. Never have i spent this much on a mattress but thought id be helping myself with a better sleep but its not better than a super cheap one. Patrick at the cambrige (hobart) store was absolutely incredible. So knowledgeable and was great to have a conversation and quite frankly an asset the the sleepy's team. Patrick gave honest feedback and provided advise and recomendations specific to mine and my partners needs. Would gladly recomend a pay rise! 10/10 for service. Thanks Patrick!
