What a pleasure it was bed shopping here! I don’t know anything about beds and I am in chronic pain all the time so I didn’t want to get it wrong. I hate being sold to and wasn’t looking forward to it. I went into Sleepy’s at homeworld and met Melissa. She was fantastic! I didn’t realise how much there is to buying a mattress! She wasn’t pushy, just full of information and I felt like she really cared about my situation. Thank you so much.. and I don’t normally write reviews.
I was waiting for a delivery after a week of uncertainty and when I spoke to a man running the shop I was told that it was not his problem... That I will have to ring the manufacturer to see if I will get my delivery..???? What about customer service.. I was expecting a call from the shop owner to inform me if I will get my delivery or what??? Very poor service and a very unfriendly man who put the phone down on me when I was trying to explain that I have paid at the shop not at the manufacturer and I needed some confirmatio... read more
Sarah was amazing. The bed she recommended was super comfy and great for my back!
Had a wonderful experience going into Sleepy's for my new bed. Melissa took some time to help explain things to me and ensure that I got something that really worked for me in the long term. My bed has been great, the store was warm and welcoming and I would certainly return in the future if I need a new bed.
