Well this has to be the most surprising shopping experience I've ever had, I went in very sceptical and unsure of what I was looking for other than a bed that wasn't going to have me waking up with a headache and feeling like crap every morning. We visited Sleepy’s at Gepps Cross, Karen met us at the door and showed us around, she asked detailed questions and began guiding us to a suitable mattress. She was professional, had extensive product knowledge and was quite passionate about getting us set up correctly. She also helped get our order in faster than standard lead times when we asked. Karen was absolutely phenomenal to work with! My partner and I were looking to upgrade to a King and her knowledge and professionalism was unmatched. We're very confident we now have the most suitable bed to last us years to come and would be sure to return to Karen for any future mattresses we may need.

Very helpful staff and a great experience - after a less than ideal experience at an alternative store, I went in for a mattress with zero knowledge on what I wanted aside from firmness and size. I was helped extensively by Maria, she provided me with a bunch of information on what I should be looking for and made the overall experience very easy! I walked out after purchasing a king-size mattress and will be definitely recommending Sleepy’s to others
