We had such an incredible experience at this mattress store, and it was all thanks to Carling. We had no idea how badly we were actually sleeping until she took the time to really listen to us and understand what we needed. Her attention to detail was amazing — she asked thoughtful questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Excellent customer service and very high quality mattresses
When I made my first visit to Sleepy's I did not know exactly when I would move to Kelowna except that it would be within 3 months. Given the expense related to a cross country move ($/lb x Km) I knew I wouldn't be moving any beds. Geoff was friendly, helpful, and professional in assisting to identify my preferences both for my own bed as well as a guest bed.
