Fabulous customer service from Pahul. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Â
Alisa was absolutely superb. Great product knowledge, we went into Sleepys first and then went off to do our research. We returned and asked a few questions and she did a complete comparison between our preferred mattress and a competitor. She was clear, knowledgeable, talked us through all the detail and never pressured or rushed us. We left feeling very content with our purchase and I look forward to the many great sleeps ahead on our new bed and mattress.Â
