Great shop and quality of mattresses. I would like to thank Alice for her amazing help and professionalism while choosing my mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right mattress for my back and sleep needs rather than just making a sale. Alice explained all the differences between the mattresses, materials, and support levels very clearly and made the whole process much easier and less overwhelming. Her customer service was outstanding — friendly and professional.
