Reservation was made easily, they communicated incredibly well and quickly. The rental was very clean, comfortable, close to all amenities, lakes and parks. Linens and towels are all of good quality. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Have the illusion of being away from it all with only a one block drive to Arnold Park. A hidden gem!
Sleepy Hollow was a very pleasant, comfortable and private stay. Tucked in the woods, just out of view from main road, frequent deer sightings were the norm. Peaceful and serene in all that green shade, with a main house and a guest house the kids found to be great fun- like camping out but more comfortable. Just maybe a mile to park and beach access and other conveniences. Our stay was exactly what we needed- a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. Thank you, we’ll be back!

We stayed at the Guest House for Winter Games. It was perfect for us 4 gals. Clean with comfortable beds. Close to the action by Arnolds Park. David was an awesome host.
