If I could give it a zero I would! The office staff openly talks badly about their tenants to other tenants. They favor people and let people do things they don’t let other people do and pick on others for stupid little things. One person could have a jungle growing in their yard and a shed nailed onto their trailer as an addition but someone else will get a letter in the mail to paint a faded shed if they don’t like you.
