I never write reviews but felt compelled to write one after the experience I've had with Hoag Launga Beach over the past several months. I'm not going to get into detail about the experience, but suffice to say its not been positive and I will be moving on to another location in hopes of finding a better team to support me.
I had the worst customer service by some receptionist named Amanda. She wasn't helpful and she talked disrespectfully to me. I asked for her supervisor's name and she said that she was on medical leave. It took her a bit to share the person overseeing her currently. She would not give any last names and she was just RUDE! I am not sure I will continue going to this office even though it is convenient for me.
An unorganized group of medical "professionals". I scheduled a basic physical exam, and 20 minutes before my exam they call me to tell me "oopsies we actually dont do these types of physicals, sorry". While making the appointment I confirmed multiple times they do in fact conduct these types of physicals and was met with a "yes". I've been before this too and all their doctors seem less than interested in practicing medicine or helping people.
Amazing physician. Friendly and helpful staff. Great experience all around!
