The management team are excellent. Kathy & Len are really personable which you miss out with the whole landlord/tenant process. They’re communicative, clear & have been easy to work with. Steve (superintendent) is awesome! Gives ample notice on things going on around the apartment grounds and is super quick to respond. Locked myself out once he was there in like 2min. I have been here for the past 2 years, and its a great place to live. The rent is affordable, and the property is quiet, and secure at all times. My place had new appliances when I moved in. The owner and super take care of the property and upgrades are ongoing to maintain a pleasant setting to the property and the apartments. Tenants are friendly as well. If you are looking for a place to live, this is it.
I've been a tenant for 7 years now and have had nothing but great experiences here. I've had all major appliances replaced when they needed it and any time there's an issue, it's promptly taken care of. There's always plenty of communication from the superintendent as well as the landlord. 5 stars!
