Excellent tech for a deep cleaning. My go-to place for all procedures.
Very disappointing experience. My retainer was returned with visible adhesive still on it and no longer fits properly. This should never have been given back to a patient like that. I’ve been trying to get this fixed for about 6 months, and communication has been consistently poor. When I finally got a response, I was told it could only be corrected if my insurance covered it, even though the issue was caused during their handling. Staff was very thorough, patient and caring. Office was immaculate and comfortable! Dr. Malavia was wonderful and very thorough!
