They were patient with my anxiety and fears. Overall a good experience.
The wait time was unusually brief—in fact nonexistent. A new staff member whose name I have already forgotten did a thorough cleaning and spotted a pocket between a molar implant and gum that she thought warranted Dr. Gatcar’s attention. X-rays were taken and historical comparisons made. The conclusion: not a problem but worthy of additional flossing attention. My confidence in the place was reaffirmed.

I did not have to wait honored my appointment time. The office staff is polite dentist pleasant the dental hygienist was a little to aggressive had to tell her to be gentler. She was less aggressive after I spoke to her
