I went to the one in Wake Forest. It took 2 hours to get me hooked up for the test - no CPAP or BIPAP used. The location is on a side road leading into Walmart and delivery trucks came by the window all night long waking me up, plus there was a horrible storm that night. I hardly slept at all. Then I had to stay the next day for another type test where they let you sleep 10 minutes, then wake you - same thing over and over. I was gone before noon for that test. I went to the sleep lab in Clayton. The staff were pretty good. I had mike for the last trip there. Now that being said. Getting the results read and faxed to my doc has been tough. One month out and no fax to the doctor. When I call the main number in Raleigh. Im told everything is complete and that they will call me back to let me know if my tests have been faxed to my doc so I can order the damn machine. I never hear back from them. Very poor patient/customer support!!! Go elsewhwere!!!
Told to pick up between 5:30-6am. Arrived at 5:45 to locked door. Knocked multiple times for 10 minutes and called the number twice before phone was picked up. Advised to sit in car outside for 15 additional minutes until door could be opened. Still sitting outside in car as of 6:15.......this place needs to make sure patients are ready for pick up at the time advised and needs a better system for the front door (doorbell, security code unlock, etc).
