Mike was very knowledgeable and talked the whole process out of what to expect and made the environment clean /safe.
I picked up my sleep study in Wilson and returned it there. Was told Dr. Cue would read it - which is who I saw in Clayton to get original study done. Even given a paper with his information about how to reach him. Called his office to check on next steps and was told by his receptionist he is not associated with SleepWorks and they have no previous file on me. Do not use Sleep Works or Dr. Cue.
I've called multiple times, on multiple days and left messages. I can't get in touch with anyone. My dad had a referral sent to them on 11/17, and we would like to schedule his study. Can someone call me please? My number is on your voicemail
The experience at the center was good but the billing was totally dishonest. I was hit with a surprise $900 bill a month later. I was given the impression insurance would cover by the scheduling office.
