Horrible customer service. I scheduled my sleep study about a month in advance and their office called the day of the appointment about 2 hours before and left a message to cancel. They called once and did not attempt to contact me in any other way. Took 3 weeks for results and then they didn't have availability for a month for an appointment to do a follow up with the doctor.
