I have been trying to get an appointment with this facility. I was referred but after receiving my insurance information they never got back to me. **Update** SleepWerx made it right. They contacted me and got me an appointment. They were able to reschedule when I needed and were polite and prompt. I got my equipment and was able to received results the next day.
