After we purchase the bed. Nobody is reaching out to us. The king bed is not comfortable and we decided to replace it with queen bed since we have 90 days trial period. The place is closed now . We been trying to call for weeks and even go to the store but the store is closed. Also no one is calling us back for weeks now.

Friendly customer service. I felt that the staff understood what to offer me to accommodate what I needed out of my sleeping style. Still happy with my mattress after a month of sleeping on it. You can tell they care after they checked in on me after awhile. Thanks SleepTech, y'all are doing a great job.
