Was referred by sleep lab. The staff were friendly from the go at reception. Chad was my consultant and was super informative. Chanel handled all my correspondence with discovery and my emails and was always super quick to answer. The day I received my machine, Chad went through every detail with me, and I'm so happy with my machine and enjoying a good nights sleep already. Thank you guys for being professional and friendly.
Excellent service and quality products
Textbook incompetent time-wasters. (They also fudge their own reviews in order to hide information and drive up ratings, a serious violation of Google Terms of Service. Just have a look at the 4 very convenient 5 star ratings posted immediately after mine). After battling through ignored emails to finally get an appointment time with answers, I arrived (well within the timeframe they insisted I book), to find my consultant was not even ready yet.
