Subpar service. Initially things went pretty well but, I spoke too quickly. The in-store service was great. I felt welcomed and I got free sheet for giving a positive review. However after, things weren’t exactly 5 star worthy. I understand this is a business and you’re trying to sell but, communication is key. I wasn’t told that the mattress I wanted was on backorder and I waited 2 weeks to receive the mattresses when told it would be one.
