Purchased Bed 6 months ago. There is tear on bed. Contacted about 2 weeks ago. He called up and has yet to schedule a time for the repair. Called today; another custonmer servcie person was to call back this afternno. No luck
I found that them unresponsive when requesting information on their custom latex mattress. Poor and NO communication either by email or through their site
