The salesman was good and when I have talked to the manager he has been respectful BUt when my 7 months old mattress got 2 big devits they sent out an independant inspector. The inspector took pictures and acted like this shouldn't happen after 7 months. The pictures showed a 2" deep whole. When I called the store they said the inspector said it wasn't bad enough!
