Sleep Med began my cpap machine and supplies about 2 years ago. For at least 18 mos I complained that I had problems waking up several times a night with dry mouth. In June of 2012 somebody finally listened and provided me with a chin strap that solved the problem, after 18 months!!!!
Now, they are billing me for over 400 dollars that was refused by Blue Cross/Blue Shield because they were not a provider. I called them and complained that they assured me they were a blue cross provider when I signed up for their services, now they have a collection agency calling my work cell phone to collect this bill.
Be very wary of their billing practices and the level of service they provide. They should have listened to me earlier than 18 months and attempted to solve their problem. Also, when you call their website, they refer you to another state for services, and another state for their billing, now I am dealing with a collection agency who has no one on the phone without an asian accent.
Again, be very wary of this company
