I can only speak to the scheduling. So far, the person who is in charge of scheduling, Taylor, has been AWESOME. It's her willingness to actually help (in my case by calling me back, which is basic but not common, and with an issue with 1 of 2 of my referrals) that I find uncommon in health care. I hope she and her colleagues see this. Nice job, Taylor, you're a star.

Impossible to speak with anyone to get on their books. They rarely answer the phone, don’t respond to voicemails, never call back when they say they will, never follow up on the things they say they will, and on the rare occasion I have been able to reach anyone (1/10 times, roughly - no exaggeration) they always seem to have some reason why they can’t schedule me in despite having a bona fide referral from my primary care. I have not had not been schedule in three months. I know i takes a long time to get this appointment but since the beginning of February.

The staff were friendly, but very disruptive all night long. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience in numerous ways. I would never recommend SleepMed or specifically the Santa Barbara location to anyone. Go see a real sleep specialist, the doctors at SleepMed are not well versed or experienced.
