I tried to order supplies, was transferred three times, cut-off, called back, was told they were all at lunch. They were going to call me, which never happened. Glad that I found out about this company before I ever got to order supplies.

I call 3 times for them to send me a statement and again 2 months and nothing!!! Call today and was told we don't send statements and sent me to another person which again on hold forever and I'm waiting on a call back. Think it's freaking collections. Which also haven't contacted me. Tried multiple times to pay online as well. I'll be telling my hospital to stop using them because not a good experience for our patients.

I had this company as a sleep equipment provider for about 12 years. They do very little for the patient but send you supplies and bill you. I went up to Kennesaw to see the respiratory therapist and was not told how to get a new sleep mask. They had very little to offer and basically I was told my old mask was okay. I saw the sleep therapist at my home about twice in the 12 years basically when they dropped off new equipment. I didn’t get a phone call during those 12 years from the therapist either. Ordered supplies 5/8/19 still getting run around. Poorly run company. After I posted the above they responded with a message to call customer service, not a satisfactory response, yesterday on hold for 20 minutes, left call back, still waiting. Today tried the same Customer service and forever hold.
