Office manager very rude and nasty. Never got a packet for my sleep study had to spend 45 minutes filling out paperwork at the office. Tech said I was supposed to receive the paperwork before my appointment. I wasnt told what to bring or wear. Find somewhere else to go. Trust me! Worst experience ever!!!
