Miserable experience, worst customer service in existence. They do not answer the phone. They do not return calls or emails. They hide behind an impenetrable 800 wall and force you into leaving messages that will not be returned. You'd think you were trying to reach Tom Hanks or the president when you call, the amount of hoops they make you jump through. I'm moving all my business elsewhere. It's especially galling because every time I've visited this location I have never -not even once- seen another person in that building... read more

Worst customer service ever! I don't know how these people are in business. Sleep study was scheduled. They called and canceled it saying they had a scheduling conflict with personnel. Another sleep study was scheduled three weeks out. No one bothered to call us regarding the study. We have called them 6+ times. No return calls. My husband is now driving over to their office for his "scheduled" sleep study and the chances of anyone being there are slim to none.
