I have been trying for several months to schedule a sleep study with this company because this is the only company that my insurance works through. I called them twice and left messages, which were never returned, and when I finally talked with Amanda to schedule my sleep study, she didn't actually put me on the schedule. So I lost the appointment that I thought I finally had because of their inability to do their job. I am not impressed with their customer service whatsoever.
