Got a king size bed 4 years ago. "10-year warranty" I feel like im sleeping in a valley that's how much it has sunk. I'm only 75kg. It has been deemed normal body contouring.. I sent pics etc and after some discussions saying they can't help me I get an email. Your case has been closed. What a useless business. Sleepmaker I'm never buying from you again

Absolutely the worst mattress experience I’ve ever had. For years I’ve told SleepMaker that I have serious back issues and need proper support. They’ve swapped my mattress multiple times — from firm to medium to soft and every single one has caused the same pain, sleepless nights, and discomfort. The current mattress feels like it’s collapsing internally possibly due to poor spring quality or internal structure —and they still claim there’s nothing wrong with it. We bought a mattress from Sleep Maker 4 years ago. The mattress has now deteriorated & causes a lot of body aches & pains, even after rotating it every 3 months. The mattress has lost most of it’s support & sleepless nights are a result. The Warranty Department basically told me it’s part of “normal body contouring” & failed to take any responsibility for a mattress that didn’t hold up to its 10 year warranty. Disgraceful chat service. Enough to make me want to change brands. In the middle of the chat, “service assistant” and I use the term loosely, let me know they needed a break. I ended chat and wished them well. Complete incompetence. Was told to go in store and choose. Thanks I will, a Sealy.
