Sales and delivery was very impressive I will use them again.
An extremely disappointing experience -- I purchased a mattress (paid in full upfront for a standard queen...no bells, no whistles) with a delivery promise of 10 - 14 days. Over one month later, I'm still waiting for Sleeping Giant to deliver it. More frustrating -- the only updates (mostly excuses I do not care about) I've received are when I call and inquire. If it was possible to leave 0/5 stars, I would have.
