The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. One of the staff memebers yelled at me on multiple occasions because I wanted a refund on a bed i had purchased and received a completely different bed avoid shopping here avoid it if you can!!!!!

Probably like just another retail outlet. You are their best friend so long as they can make a sale..Should you want a refund or a replacement under warranty..well all the best trying to get one.
I am happy with the prompt response from their sales team, although I sent my inquiry online. Useful information and suggestions were provided with no feeling of hard-selling, and delivery was well arranged. Overall, good job, well done!
