Came here for two yoga classes during my stay in Michigan this year. We had such a great time. You can definitely tweak the class to suit the difficulty you’re wanting that day. It was perfect to decompress from the stress of family vacation.

Excellent workout for very fit and very unfit. Seriously. You can choose to go all out or just go through mobility motions. I had a great work out here. Instructor is friendly, knowledgeable and motivating.

This is a GREAT place to workout. Stacy has gathered a talented group of instructors to teach you to train the whole body. Stacy knows TRX inside and out, but also does yoga, free weights, weighted sleds, ergs, bikes and stair climbers. An amazing resource right in the middle of the Leelanau Peninsula.
