I phoned to discuss a new mattress and received excellent support and advice from Heidi. I had been considering 2 others as well so I took time to make my decision and then purchased. The delivery experience was excellent. On time as advised, mattress set up, old one removed and all packaging removed. It makes such a difference! My new mattress is very comfortable and supportive - just what I needed. Highly recommend Heidi and the ream.

Very happy with the adjustable bed.Only one small issue fitted sheet keeps coming off.If have back issues it definitely helps with that!
