My partner and I wanted to come here and complement Robin on being very good at customer service. We cannot stand pushy ,annoying and fake smiling sales people. He was none of that. He was welcoming, warm and very easy to talk to and answer questions. Just a personable and nice vibe about him. We purchased a mattress and we hope It’s as good as the service we received. Thank you! (Cambridge location)
