After repeated attempts to contact Dr Cue and his Sleep Cues offices I have been advised they are no longer in business. My primary physician has reached out to to another provider
They don’t ever answer the phone… it just rings that’s it…. Doctor seemed knowledgeable when I was going to him but can’t anymore due to the fact they won’t take my insurance. Before that I was priced at 5k for a sleep study. However my insurance fully covered the sleep study the doctor ordered but THEY don’t take my insurance ? It’s very confusing. It’s just like pulling teeth to speak to someone though. Do they not have a receptionist ?
This place is a joke. I’ve been trying to reach out to them for a week. When they finally answered the phone, they said they couldn’t help me because they weren’t in front of a computer, and that they would call me back later. They never did. When they answered the phone again two days later, they gave me the same excuse. And again, they never called me back.
They NEVERRRRRR ANSWER THE PHONE. and when they claim they will call me back for my appointments, follow ups or about my insurance I never hear back. It’s ridiculous.
These folks will put you off for months, ignore your calls and never get back to you in a timely manner. If you want a reliable practice to help with your sleep disorder, look elsewhere.
