Everyone should tell their family physician about this practice . I am so disappointed in scheduling to see this dr. You are given an appt 3 months down the rd and when you get results of sleep study a full f18 days after your sleep study he then schedules another visit another 3 months until you can get results of the second sleep study. Is there anyone ever there to pick up the phone? Ridiculous. This is a business. The doctor there needs to figure out this issues it's not making the doctor look good.

This business is a scam. My doctor recommended me to go there and sent 6 referrals over a period of 6 months. The office wouldn’t call me back and every 5 or so attempts of me calling them a gentleman that barely spoke English would answer the phone and have the tv so loud in the background you could barely hear him. Several times he would tell me he wasn’t next to a computer and to call back a different time. Every time he would say they couldn’t find my referral that was mailed, faxed and emailed to them. Horrible!!! I’ve made several attempts in getting a hold of them & no one returns your call I’ve called 3x a week for 2 months and nothing!
