This business is a scam. My doctor recommended me to go there and sent 6 referrals over a period of 6 months. The office wouldn’t call me back and every 5 or so attempts of me calling them a gentleman that barely spoke English would answer the phone and have the tv so loud in the background you could barely hear him. Several times he would tell me he wasn’t next to a computer and to call back a different time. Every time he would say they couldn’t find my referral that was mailed, faxed and emailed to them. Horrible!!! I’ve made several attempts in getting a hold of them & no one returns your call I’ve called 3x a week for 2 months and nothing!
I agree with the just taking money from the insurance companies and wanting you to keep coming back, im on appointment 15 and he never seems to have a real solution, just "checking up" and scheduling another appointment. Also seems crazy ive had them cancel appointments ive had for months to reschedule them as virtual. Had this happen 3 times. Just overall a bad choice for a sleep doctor.
